Thanks for the info guys!

Here are some pictures of the finished manifold - I tapered each area to decrease turbulence, and also polished up the ports a little. Everything is pretty much smooth, I also took care not to mess with any welds - just the areas of the flange that were sticking out with an edge.

I'm thinkin about picking one of these up from eBay. If it doesn't clear AC and PS, I'll just have to hack it up and make it work.

Soo.. RaceEng is selling in-house made rods.. Thoughts on these? Could they be just as good quality as Crower/Pauter they have featured as well? Thinking about getting the RaceEng rods, they come with ARP rod bolts too!

Nikita,

I know race-engineering makes some good quality parts and a lot of people use them in their motors, but I don't know much about it myself. I would just say go with a reputable brand (Crower, JE, Eagle, Wiseco, etc) just because they have been around forever and are tried and true over the years. But I also know people have just as good luck with race-engineering as well.

I would suggest looking on Honda-tech.com for some experience from others I know for a fact there's a bunch on there from years past.....
