Ok this is bullsh*t... Still no word from Andy. I've called 5 times and left 3 messages since last Thursday, with no response. Kev, if you can get a hold of him, by all means please do. THESE COILOVERS HAVE TO BE ON MY CAR IN 7 DAYS. At some point, there needs to be SOME sense of customer service/responsibility. I don't think it's fair for someone to hold onto $10,000 of peoples money and not let them know whats going on or bite the bullet and do whatever it takes to get them their promised product. After talking with him a while back about how the completion date was slipping out and how I needed these delivered by the first two weeks of May... this is just ridiculous STILL being in the dark, since I can't get a damn phone call returned. If I knew it was going to be this hard and this frustrating, I would've said fvck it and jsut gotten some other coilovers. At least maybe then my car could actually be ready for the one important event that I care about all year. Does Andy have a damn cell phone? Like one he carries on him? That's the number I want. Not the one that goes to voicemail every f*cking time we call.
