yea, i have yellow leds behind the amber strip. the white leds will give you a pale yellow (nasty in a bad way). i bought white ones originally, then tried orange and finally landed on yellow being the perfect color.

KnightRyder that looks tight!

i have a feeling that CCFLs are more susceptible to burning out from blinking than LEDs (like when you use your turning signal or unlock your door with your key fob). also there are 2 CCFLs to every 1 transformer so you couldn't just have the left one blink to turn left for example...which is totally gay.

soo....LEDs FTW!

i wanna see somebody do this:
Audi-R8-LED-headlight-detail-lg.jpg

coolwhite LEDs spaced apart with black behind them. i love the r8

Well if you hook them up to your parking light (bottom of headlight) they only blink when you hit the button other than that they are on with the rest of your lights.... just because you can hook up 2 to 1 transformer does not mean you have to... besides your going to need 2 transformers anyways because the distance between the headlights is beyond the reach of the wires from the ccfl to the transformer. Other than moisture getting into one of my transformers due to me not sealing it up completely mine have worked great.
