i kinda want to get red/clears cause my turn signals are hard as **** to see during the day. at night, they're not too bad.

Like I said, they must reflect light aka have a reflector. I figured the clears that gil has probably has a white reflector molded into the lens like OEMs do.
And Philly law =/= Cali law =/= MN law

I have red clear tail lights and i used the same bulbs from the oem headlights. the cop that pulled me over told me its illegal to have white turn signals. They have to be amber or red. But that turn signal bulb is like, the same color as the interior lights, thats not white

oems dont have reflectors molded into em.

That cop is whack on my old AE92 corolla it had stock white bulbs with clear(oem hazed) lenses and that is oem stock, so he was trollin' you or something
Cop is not whack. California, like most states require amber or red signals in the REAR and white or amber signals in the FRONT.
