00-02 have side airbags(4 in total) 98-99 dont(2 total) also different ac controls, theres a good amount of parts different but the only noticeable differences are the airbags(safer), traction control(big +) ac controls, bumpers(both are nice, some like the 98-00, some like the 01-02), headrests(01-02 have holes in them, you can always put 01-02 ones in your 98-00), and radio. sedans are good too, i dont drive a lot of people around and i like having less car(i think it looks cleaner with lots of mods too) so i like my coupe( but sedans do have adjustable seatbelts and 3 more oh S*** handles than the coupes :lolrun: )

SEDANS FTW!

Traction control does NOT equal LSD. Our cars do NOT come stock with LSD unfortunately :boohoo:.

Another difference is not only the amount of airbags, but type - 98-00 are single stage airbags and 01-02 are dual stage air bags. This may interest you if you decide to do steering wheel swaps..

Most of the above, and 01-02 use coil packs instead of a dis. The FAQ points out other differences as well.
