Do you flash your brights to warn drivers of a cop???

I was just wondering how many people do this. When there's a cop with his radar gun out on the other side of the road, do you flash your lights to warn oncoming traffic that there's a cop ahead?

No, what if the cop sees and pulls you over for doing "reckless high-beaming in front of on-coming traffic" or something.

depends on the mood and what other drivers are doing. if some fool is speeding up teh road recklessly......go get em Johnny law! You could be saving a life by letting him get caught (ie drunk driver etc.)

very common in korea, and it is very common so that if you dont do that for other drivers, you are considered rude/dont have respect for others...

i do it sometimes, but like....only on mountain passes, very deserted area tho...city dirving....not really....

Exactly, best to let people deal with their own **** than get involved.

If they're part of my party or friends, yes. Other then that, every man or woman for themselves. Got to get them tax dollars some how knaw mean?

i used to, but then I moved to VA, and found out you can get charged with a felony here for it. and I like my rights too much to risk them for flashing my headlights

^ I agree i like to do because i know alot of time i do safely cruise above the speed limit and I appreciate when ppl look out for me, I always like to return the favor. And personally i would never wish anyone getting pulled over that is one of the WORST feelings

But ever since i found out its a felony "i flash with caution"

In Hawaii I do. The roads are only 2 lanes, so... it's pretty easy to.
