F&F typeI Bouncy as Sh**? HELP!

Hey guys looking for some insight here. Just installed brand new F&F type1 coilover on my 4door 00 accord.
Car is low as ****, but drives horrible. The front struts bounce for anything. its definetly not a stiff ride, also the front camber arms knock on the body of the car when bouncing.
Is there something that i missed?
Is there anything i can do to fix this?
Or is the answer to either raise it up or buy Type2s???

you have to cut the strut towers to stop them from hitting. mine were really bouncy, after i cut the towers it rode slightly better.

Yeah I would try messing with some settings before I start cutting up my car. Maybe raise it up a notch or two and see how it rides then.

trust me i raised mine a notch or 4 lol and it made no difference. im getting custom fab work done to them

I'm really low and only hit on bad, and I mean bad pot holes and dips in the road, but not all the time. Most of the time they're fine.

I was a victim of that same incident i cut the top of my tower and rode A+

BTW its the Upper Control Arm Hitting

Just cut the top of it and you will be 100 x happy

Also Did you mess with the setting on your suspension? your only suppose to adjust the bottom tab to raise car up or low!! if you messed with the top tab maybe thats why is bouncy?
