Building an engine is just something that you decide you want to do one day, and you go out and buy it. Engine work takes months if not years of research, a big budget, and lots of time and dedication. I hope that you ask more questions and research alot more before you try anything. Just my 2cents.

If your building a full on drag motor putting out 1800hp..yea...but for a street car, no.

I seriously hope your kidding.

as opposed to a b-series, d-series, there isnt as much as the H,F ya there are parts but not as many, so they cost much more...for example gearsets for an H series are hella expensive, if you can find them readily available like other things... i am just saying instead of wasting money to swap a h into an accord you can boost your f and make more power than the swap where you have to start from scratch again... h series are over rated imo..

First, how much do you want to spend and what are your goals with your build?

I totally agree with you here the more research you do the more you know about what your getting yourself into  .

Greg I'm ashamed at you, you know research is the key even on a street car. I only spent a year and 6 months researching an H22 swap for my car. By then I knew exactly what I wanted to do and had the money to accomplish my goal.

Until you OWN one and then its the best mod ever. The H will always make more power then an the F. Its just going to cost more.
