If you really wanna see a topic dragged through the mud. You should have seen the topic we had on another forum, that dealt with honing my H22 block. That topic was crazy, must of been 2 to 4 pages of us just going back and forth.

BTW - That H22 might not be sleeved and have stock pistons but its using an F23 crank which = not stock H22.

No = stock H22 with make 250hp. Just like no = Stock F23 will make 250hp. The closest STOCK H22 is 220 crank HP. Just like STOCK F23 will only make 150hp.
Lets see the f23 do just a crank swap and make that kinda power. Its not going to happen. I have seen a couple of times on HT where H22 owners swap out to a different crank and make 220++ whp. Although I wouldn't call it exactly reliable though. Spinning a H23 or F22 crank past 8k isn't exactly the smartest thing to do although oddly enough most survive.

You have no idea if the F23 will make 250hp and neither does anyone else. It takes more than a crank swap to make power, in this case they used blox stg 2 cams and type-s or stock H22 pistons (I can't remember). Of course the F23 can't swap to a bigger crank, it has the biggest of the 4cyl's next to the K24 which uses I think a 100mm crank. But it could swap to the H22a4 or a7 crank for a little more rev happyness and a better R/S ratio.

When did the H23 or F22 enter this discussion?
