Save your money for the drop.

+1!! ahaha

but, seriously though, a header is worth the money. I gained significant gains from it believe it or not. a Good price would be around $200-$250 i'd say, although I got mine for $162 shipped. Jus do a little research on a good product header. I have the Megan Racing 4-2-1 and Ive had 2 cracks in them, so just make sure you dont go super cheap.

So there's no real difference in all the ebay headers??? because some of them are 30-50 bucks haha

once you put a cam in the car doesn't that need to get tuned out on a dyno? kinda not worth the cost of tuning correct?

would headers give u less or more fuel economy?

hey Greg, sorry but im real confused....the ULEV motor is just aesthetically different from other 4 cylinder Accords? i was under the assumption the exhaust manifolds were different, the ECU's are different, and the placement of the sensors had something to do with it(i checked Majestic Honda, and they have two different part #s)?Again,i do apologize for the noobness

The differences being exhaust manifold design, primary O2 sensors, ECUs, and some changes in the engine harness. Placement of the O2 has no effect on the car's operation in stock form, it's merely the byproduct of the manifold design.

With a mild cam you can expect to achieve about 50% of the cam's potential. With a more aggressive cam, you can expect to lose 50% of the stock motor's potential if left untuned. ;)

Concerning gas mileage, in a perfect world, the car would add more fuel to compensate for more air being flowed, decreasing gas mileage. In reality, city mileage might only be subject to a heavier foot, but highway mileage could suffer considering the conditions of running in closed loop.

You also should take into account that a better flowing motor is producing more hp at lower rpms which could negate the need for extra fuel.

It's really a moot point anways because, like you said, the difference is negligible and really the way you drive will always be a more important factor than your bolt-ons (unless your intake filter is ridiculously dirty).
