Hi guys,

So I read somewhere in this forum that the max length between the red bottom part and the spring lock is 4 to 4.5 inches? Is that right? So the drop would be a default 2 to 2.5 inches.

My question is, if I have about 3 inches between the red base and spring, would that translate into a 3.5 to 4 inch drop? (This is the current preset from a used pair and I forgot to ask how much the previous owner dropped)

I'm gonna be trying to install the FF1 tomorrow and would like to preset this as much as possible. I would like to get a 3 inch drop if possible. But a 4 inch drop would not be a big deal. I just don't want to use a camber kit. I know I will have to correct the front toe. Do I have to correct the rear toe also?

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Eh, I don't even know how many inches I'm lowered.

I just go by the "top-of-fender to ground" measurement, which is more important lol.

You will not get a 3"-4" drop and NOT need a camber kit.

If you aren't concerned about your tire wear, then sure, don't bother with a kit.

You might not be happy with how it sits with that type of a drop though and no camber kit.
