get 2 12" kiker comp vrs in a ported box and the right amp and u will be more then happy or if u want sumthing betta go with the L7s to get some serious bass

I have a mostly Kicker setup myself, however, I probably should have gone with a ported box over sealed.

That aside, I don't think you will be disappointed with Kicker, my plan is to upgrade my HU to the Alpine 9887 at some point.

Other than that, make sure you get some quality wiring and all the other accessories needed. No point in running a good system and cheap out on the wiring/hardware.

should be a big improvement once the splitter is in. wiring it to 1 ohm is a preference call, so see if 4 ohms is loud enough. you'll have to be careful with the gain and volume knobs, and your charging system will struggle more...maybe some dimming.

turn all your amp knobs counterclockwise, headunit settings to flat/zeroes and start from scratch?

wouldn't do any good..even my interior speakers sounded all muffled..the sub was barley even moving with very little to no sound coming from it at all.

sounds like a headunit issue...swap it with a friend or something.

cause that problem shouldn't happen regardless of what the amp is doing
