I have it setup through my checking accnt, which is no big deal, there's plenty in there to cover a measily $77.

Checked the tracking number today...miracle!...something shipped! So when it gets here, if it gets here, I'll be doing a backtrack on the postage date.

Payment was made immediately via Paypal. Have made several attempts via Email and phone to find out where package is. Supplied tracking number through USPS does not work. USPS shows label printed but no item has been shipped. It has been 3 weeks, no item has yet been delivered.

Read our feedbacks and you will find that we are not liars or crooks, when we ship the item we do it and we don't make it stories, if you still have not received it you need to contact post service and file a claim.

We surely don't need your $77 to get rich and we don't jeopardize our reputation for that amount.

Already have contacted the post service, they have record a label being printed but nothing shipped. Tracking number does not work. What a wonderful attitude for you company to take. Very professional.

Did you start a claim with USPS ????? again we shipped your item and if they can not find it you need to have them start a claim and investigation.

What a great buyer you are, just stuck on accusing us of not shipping your item and not willing to even file a claim!!!!!!

Claim has already been filed. Again, great customer service here. Way to take a professional stance to represent your company.

Sorry but it seems that you are confused or making up a story at this point, you keep blaming us and claiming that we did not ship the item but how come it is showing today on USPS web page that arrived to Orlando FL at 22.29 June 2 2009 also USPS doesn't have a claim against that item.

Can you explain that and maybe stop accusing us for not shipping your item ???????

Who is professional now????? 330Tuning or us ?????

Again we are not liars and don't need your $77 read our feedbacks and you will find that we are not crooks.

I am not making up a story. Your whole attitude is very unprofessional.in this matter. Maybe if I had recieved an answer to one of my emails I wouldn't have had to go through this. All I wanted was to find out where the package was, what happened to it, etc. First place to start is where it was supposed to come from, that should be obvious to you.

Why did it take 3 weeks for that tracking number to work? Who's the real liar here?

You may not jeopardize your reputation for $77, but you're certainly not helping it at this point. There is no need to be rude about this. I am simply trying to find out where why the package hadn't been recieved in 3 weeks. As a seller, you're doing a horrible job at taking care of the customer. I can't believe you guys even stay in business with the the way you've presented yourself here.

Oh look straight from paypal's site right above this message box and I quote -

"Didn't get your item? Usually, the easiest way to figure out what happened is to ask the seller. Describe the problem for them in the form below."

So guess what magically worked (tracking #) and guess what showed up on the door step in 2 days from when I first started bitching through paypal....

Amazing, isnt it? USPS isnt that fast that something gets here in 2 days from FL unless its overnighted..

It's not just the sellers to watch out for. I've had a buyer lie and say certain items were missing and wanting a full refund. The items listed as a package were a cell phone, charger, bluetooth headset, etc. I was ready to fly to his address and beat the crap outta him. Lucky for him Paypal told him to go fk himself.

By all means I don't blame ebay. While there is room for improvement, theres always a risk buying/selling almost anything online.

Looks like they shipped it after you started bitching....if they dropped the ball and it accidently didn't get shipped out a better company would have manned up and just said, "oops it fell through the cracks, here's a x% coupon to use on your next purchase we apologize fro the inconvenience" or at the very offered some swag
