Lowering it is probably on the list. Nothing aggressive. Just a functional low. They need a 60 size tire to help fill the gap. I really want some UA7 TL waffles, UA7 base wheels, or UA5 fat fives. Or find some better wheels for the GFs Camry so I can take my civic wheels back lol. I also should’ve swapped my coupe wheels off before I sold it. They even had a decent set of A/S tires on them.

**EDITED OP** Finally. Added pics and updated info.
I have a set of UA7 base wheels with pretty much brand new tires sitting in my shed. They are kinda beat with peeling plastidip and some rash. I bought them off a friend when I blew a tire on the freeway a few years back. They were supposed to be on my Accord had I not retired it from winter duties. Not sure how far from Michigan you are though.

You’re talking about the “Patrick star” wheels, right?

Like this?

I’m *AT LEAST* 600 miles from Michigan so even if you gave me the wheels for free I’d still spend a few hundred bucks (and 2 days) in gas.

Assuming they were free… I’d be down for a road trip

Wow 600 miles is a hike. Unfortunately I'd like at least 200 back just for the tires. I might just throw them on the TLS come winter since the nittos I have on it right now are garbage in wet weather

Power steering started going. Pump’s had a slow leak since I bought it. Don’t have the money or gumption to replace it so I just bought a few quarts of Honda fluid and a suction pump and just did a reverse drain & fill. Lol. Sucked out the reservoir, filled it with fresh, ran the wheel lock to lock a few times, rinse & repeat. Whine is almost gone and I don’t need 2 arms to turn, lol.

Always on the lookout for wheels but they either aren’t out there or people want $600 for a beat set.

Tires that came on the blades have just the slowest leaks. Putting air in them maybe once a month. Torn between buying tires for them or waiting to see if I can find something else. Still looking for a set of TL base, TL waffles, or the fat fives that came on the earlier TL/CL.

Otherwise nothing new happening.

Bought a new PS pump, seal kit, and belt. Debating a new AC belt since it’ll all be off. Also still have all the stuff to replace the leaking VTEC solenoid. Have to order new plugs. I want new coil packs but they’re SOO expensive. I’ll probably just pick up a handful from a junkyard the next time I go and hope I get lucky, lol. That’ll about tidy up everything I have issues with at the moment.
I’d like an 0102 coupe Speedo, and I can find one on eBay that’ll flash the correct mileage, but they’re like $250.
I’d also like to find a nice retro but finding one is proving to be extremely difficult and I don’t think many people do them much anymore.
Still on the lookout for a Neuspeed bar, coupe bumper, TSX mirrors, and other tidbits

You'd think with how old and unpopular these cars parts would all be pretty cheap by this point. $250 for a cluster? I remember looking for those back in the day and they were like $60 at most. You're lucky you only have to replace the PS pump, I need a new high pressure line AND maybe a pump. Gonna let the shop that did the same job on the Odyssey take care of it.

Saw that but it’s in Canada so shipping would kill me. Hoping to spend about that without the shipping lol.

PS pump isn’t leaking. It’s the high pressure line that runs from the top of the pump back, down, and over to the rack. Oddly enough local O’reilly’s has it for like $75 but changing that line is an absolute nightmare. Belts are also fine. Gonna get a return on the pump and belt and that’ll cover the cost of the line. Buddy of mine said he’d do the line but I’m not looking forward to the cost.

Changing the plugs/coils threw an o2 sensor code but after running it for a bit, it went out. Found that kinda odd.

Oil change, filter housing gasket, and solenoid gaskets are next.

Had to drive 90min to get em. Dude was selling them for $350 but came down to $300 since I was driving so far. They’re not mint but they’re in really good shape. A couple paint chips and some real minor rashing but otherwise they’ll do just fine.
Tires are a Barum Bravuris (Made by Continental in Europe I think..?) They’re a cheaper tire but they’re only a couple years old and have TONS of tread left. Can’t wait to get them on. I’ve wanted a set of these for forever!

ALSO…

Picked up a set of 0607 Accord fogs for $20. They need a little cleaning/buffing but I’m shooting for an 0102 coupe bumper and we all know how hard OEM fogs are to find so these will do. I think I’ve even seen guys fit on sedan bumpers as well

Nothing new otherwise. Will upload pics with the new wheels on. Hopefully sometime this week.
