Your mother is a smart lady building your car to have 3 times the horsepower as your old setup. Maybe if she actually was smart, she would make sure that you can only drive this on a strip or track because the second someone looks at you wrong on the road, you're gonna have to prove your brotastic frat muscle and do a "sik j38 mommy powered fwd 850+ hp second gear 2 step burnout" into a median again. Then, maybe she'll buy you a top fuel dragster , because we all know you're mommy's little angel<3333![]()
All this work to use that garbage? Why would you want to do that? Judging from your posts money does not seem to be an issue here then why crappy turbo?
I guess you didn't get it molded to fit you, that was my question. I know where you can buy them lol. Race car drivers I know use Kirkey, Butler Built, and Joie-of-Seating in their race cars. Most have them molded to fit their bodies in case of an accident.
The whole idea in a racecar is to reduce the amount that the human body moves during an accident. Most racecar drivers have seats that are molded personally to their bodies. That way, if the car got upside down, etc., the movement of the driver is extremely limited; thus reducing the possibility of head and neck injuries.
