My guess would be yes you will have to cut a hole in the bumper. Since there is no hole already and I doubt they make an ultra thin stick on one lol. I have heard of these just not on 6th gens.

I have em on my 91 civic left and right side.....they were never made for our cars tho. I will be picking one up and installing it on my coupe pretty soon. You do have to cut the bumper and i was just going to wire it to the factory fog light switch. If you get one pick up the EDM DC2 version cause it'll have the best fitment. The EF ones which are floating around everywhere wouldn'r mount as well given there are tabs inside the EF bumber that stabalizes it.
Here's a link to the one i'm getting:

If you are iffy about cutting your bumper there Raybrig makes one (mad tyte JDM) that just seems to dangle at the bottom of the bumper:

The person on V6P was 98CGShow or something like that. I like the mod, just VERY hesitant to cut my bumper(same feeling for the side markers). Perhaps one day, but I would have to see pics of it done to a sedan.

that raybrig one looks very interesting..maybe close to the tow hook or somewhere around that area....I remember now 98CGShow had a coupe, I saw him at the V6P Rosemead photoshoot last year in June...
The only thing that bothers me is that I can't find a place to locate the fog light

Problem is if you decide to sell the car, you'll need a new rear bumper, most people wouldn't want the fog.

I liked the one that 98_CG_Show had, not sure what kind it was, but whoever does this to their sedan, definately would be an inspiration, still an option for me, not sure if I'll be the first though. Shouldn't be hard to find the JDM ones though.
