seriously..this one time i had to chase some guy down and report his *** for slamming into someone elses car..too many fd up ppl in this world..lol i dont care if ppl are smoking bud in the corner of some building, but if you run into someone elses car, and you stop to look, and drive off all quick...comeon now...

I parked like that at PCC and got a $25 fine because it was "obstructing the fire extinguisher." technically it is.. but any logical person with some little common sense can walk up to the fire extinguisher and still open it up and get it without any difficulty... then I told the parking security and showed him all the dents i got from idiot drivers on campus why i park like that... he just went on his little bike and kept biking... dikk..

that is so true. when i went there back then, i was slammed and my stock wing can fit under the fire extinguisher and they didnt say anything about it. i always parked close up to it.
