Started my DIY head polish today

You're the man....checked Bisi and i didn't see anything on the site. I put an inquiry in to Rocket also.
On the Ferrea site they only list the 2.2 vtec (5th gen) are these compatible?

Sounds like teh f22 is compatible, yeah.... those should work then.

Just got a reply from Rocket:

"For the F23 motor we can get you Supertech sp/ret. Let me know if you are interested. Cost is $295 shipped."

No valves apparently....

Got a slight problem....the valve guide in the #4 exhaust port seems to be either broken or missing. It just looks off to me. Any insight from anyone? Pics below:

yea, it looks like you can kinda see it under all the carbon build up.

The F22 vtec is 98% the same as the F23
