By adding this head on my existing setup i don't expect to get any gains, if i do i'll be happy though. The other build i'm hoping for 220 NA....

Whenever you raise compression, you're going to gain more hp. You will have to run premium fuel for that set up. Im not much of a tuner, but from what I know, you will probably need to tune your car.

But you probably know better,

Yup after the new motor is in only premium and definitely a good tune.

dont forget to get a performance cam and bigger fuel injectors along with the build. you'll be surprise how much you gain in power if you didnt already know.
