Glad you got it back on track and with least damage possible! That really sucks man.. water damage is a dangerous lurker, if not taken care of immediately. Definitely get compensated for this one - I bet you could even squeeze a new car's worth out of them, water damage is taken seriously. Good luck, and sucks to see that happen.

That sucks Dre. If you are having the carpet replaced (which I'm sure you are) you also need to have the foam on the bottom half the firewall done as well.
That stuff wicks and holds water like no ones business. I'd look into having the under body of your car cleaned as well, that water like you said was nasty so it's more than likely extremely corrosive.
