That would be a decent idea to gather options, however could be biased by ppl voting for a location and not going thereafter. In the end it can offer some guidance nonetheless though

For non-donating members: 150 pixels high, 500 pixels wide
For donating members: 150 pixels high, 750 pixels wide

The other problem caused by doing this is that everyone wants it closest to them, and forgets/neglects the big picture. i.e. If I were to suggest it to be held in Akron, OH. Lol

Ultimately the planners in charge just have to pick a location where they know the meet will be the greatest success based on past experience/attendance. Everyone else has to deal.
