ue engine bay looks so lonely compared to the 1st pic lol
i bet its gonna be way easier to fix things now

Thanks guys! Yea I'm just sitting here with a s**t eating grin on my face since it went in. There is a TON of room in there now! The only "bulk" left that would be there compared to the above pics is the intercooler piping and radiator hoses, which still make it way easy to work on. I can remove the oil filter while standing over the engine. :)

That's the engine those cars should have came with, fuk a V6....lol good job man

The Z31 "300ZR" in japan came with an Inline 6 if I'm not mistaken. :) (that'd be 84-89 Z's in Japan). The 300zx from 1984 to current day has always had a V6 in the US.
