Nah... wasn't too bad. It's only 3700lb. hah. **note sarcasm**

Get a winch for that trailer and you're good!

Car looks awesome man. I ****ing love 300's. It looks like the RB26 take up a lot less space than the VG30. My dad use to have a Pearl White 92 300ZX 2+2 with the VG30DE and it seemed like the engine took up the whole bay.

I am sincerely jealous of this car. I would love to do a 300 project one day, thats if I could find one that hadn't been ragged to **** by some boy-racer.

Keep up the good work man!

Do you have the original titanium key?

Yup. Original Titanium Key. They only came with them until 1994. After that the dealers had blank ones, but they were $400, and you needed a locksmith to cut them (normal cutting machines can't cut them). Nissan quit making them altogether in 1998, and the price of them is still about $500 for an uncut one, if you can find it.

LOL, thanks. It's going to be a slow couple of months. Building a few things around the house so $$$ are tied up elsewhere right now.

Parts ordered:
$600 in -AN fittings and hoses.
New Oil cooler adaptor (Greddy/Trust)
Misc. Nissan OEM parts
a few other little things.

It's slow right now. I"ll have updates in a few weeks hopefully.

It's sad really how expensive these -AN fittings are... :( Here's a few from a recent order of parts.

-AN fittings
GReddy Oil Filter and Cooler adaptor
Setrab 19 row oil cooler
Canton P/S reservoir
etc...

I found out about this GReddy piece from the Skylines New Zealand forums and decided to go that route. So after $280 for the NISMO piece (used), $100 for the M26x1.5mm to -12AN fittings (and $40 for the Setrab -12 fittings), AND $10 for the brass fittings, I've decided not to use the NISMO piece and use the GReddy one instead. I use a threaded piece into the block (3/4-16 x 1" long), the GReddy piece fits on that, and the oil filter and oil cooler lines fit to that. Much cleaner install and less cluttered. Oil Pressure sensor and oil temp will be tapped into the bottom of the GReddy piece. After all the whole point of this build is to be less cluttered, right?
