...as promised:

(but still not washed...it started raining on me)

Well, I've had limited free time the past few weeks but yesterday evening and today I've been able to get quite a bit accomplished (still putting off the wiring as long as I can as I'm not looking forward to it).

Here's what's been done:

* Engine Bay Repainted (still needs to be wetsanded, but I had to give the engine hoist back that I was borrowing so I needed to get the engine/trans in)

* Clutch conversion completed (now uses a Z32 clutch master cyl, CZP stainless braided clutch line, RB25DET slave cylinder, on a RB26DETT AWD bellhousing...yup, it all works)! This new clutch from specialty Z is STIFFF!!!! (in a good way, of course).

* Driveshaft installed

* MT90 added to transmission (I have to order more, as I thought 3 qts would be enough, but I guess this RB26 bellhousing holds more! 3 qts and it's "almost" full.. I can feel it with my finger.

* Rear exhaust section (purchased used from a person that used to have an RB26 Z32 swap) installed but not positioned correctly yet. (single exit)

* Throttle Cable installed and adjusted.
* Throttle bodies (all six) readjusted.

* Installed front bumper (after trimming for FMIC)

* Installed FMIC

Left to do:
* Install radiator under the nose panel (fairly simple)
* Get downpipe bent about 2-3 degrees to clear firewall
* Install the downpipe and rest of the exhaust
* Install SETRAB oil cooler
* Install P/S lines and reservoir
* Install -AN fuel lines and FPR (aeromotive)
* Wiring splice (RB26 harness to Z32 body harness)
* Install Apexi PowerFC D-jetro

Start it up. :) I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!! Looking forward to it being finished!

And, off topic... Discovery Channel's "Dirty Jobs" (Mike Rowe) came to Tyler, TX (where I live) as a "Billboard installer" and put in the billboard and wrote "dirty jobs" in the concrete, so my wife and I took a picture.
