    Unless you have modded your engine to require extra fuel you should just get your factory ones cleaned.

    It's normal right hand thread. Did you knock out the little punch that locks the nut on? When you install a new nut you punch in two spots that lock it in place.

    I'm willing to bet it's that filter in your brake reservoir. I had this same thing happen to me and I just replaced that filter and everything has been good since.

    maxbore TB and boost

    I highly doubt boost pressure would cause a crack in a TB. The only time I've ever seen a cracked throttle body was when someone over tightened the T-bolt clamp for their charge pipe. You can put some serious pressure with those clamps.

    It really depends on your final power goals. If you're going to try to get every ounce of power then go with "D". If you're looking to hit around 350-400 hp than I would just stick with stock.

    Check your vacuum lines that control the cruise control. Mine fell off once and it didn't work at all.

    Piston slap should be very minimal (0 - 10 seconds) in factory engines. It's more common with after market forged pistons that require a little heat expansion to fill the sleeve.
