From what I've learned in the past few months the lower the offset the more the rim sticks out. But then u gotta take in account the width of the rim also.. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

im pretty sure the specs are 17x9 +12 with 3 or 5 mm spacer in the front and 6mm spacer in the rear.

Basically if the center-piece of the wheel is positioned more and more toward the inner of the wheel barrel, the lower the offset. Like if you've noticed with really concave wheels or deep dished wheels, they generally have low offsets. The closer the center is to the inner wheel barrel, the lower the offset.

Would be a lot easier to explain it in person ehh..

i cant believe the ****ty laws va put out and the people let them, i nearly got a ticket for my radar as soon as i hit the state line,

and there punitive actions are overboard too for traffic violations

bads-cops
goods- frat partys with drunk girls(hmmmmmm those were fun times)
