I got it! keep the white background, but get transparent carbon fiber borders instead of blue.

if you need help creating a nice looking header for the top of the site, let me know, i used to be awesome at photoshop and i used to make headers for V6P before they went with the simple look.

Also you guys need to keep something in mind with custom skins. When the forum software is updated, template changes are made and a lot of custom skins do not work anymore until the designer makes an update. Which sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I personally would NEVER pay for a skin since there is hundreds of free ones.

im sure its is a pain in the but to change, but i second maybe a light gray background instead of the tinted blue/ white background.
