Retrofit Questions MH1 vs. MD2S

You already got your answers to your questions on the second post i believe. If you want to learn more about the actual process look at other members DIY threads(such as that posted) and indulge in the knowledge.

I did the MH1's and won't ever look back. I trimmed the lower part of the bucket where the solenoid is, and painted my reflector and the back of the MH1 using some high temp black paint. I left my high beam chrome, though I thought about the yellow like Stunna did.

There are pluses and minuses to both, and if there is anything that will sway you it would be that the Mini's are a simpler install. Over on HIDP there are many dicussions about which is better. For the install ease I would pick the Mini's.

The chrome turn signal bucket is part of the bezel on top of the high/low beam reflector buckets. Look at a black housing DIY for further clarification.
