It was a three-day weekend for me, and I had a long list of things to accomplish on the car. Unfortunately, I had to deal with broken ignition coil wires on my daily driver, which killed a good 5 hours of daylight. Here's what I actually managed to do:
Unloaded the car from the trailer and pushed it into the garage
It's been too difficult trying to find someone locally to weld the -10AN bungs on the valve cover for a decent price, so I decided to go with Summit's -8AN bungs with o-ring and bulkhead nuts. Drilled the valve cover to accept the bungs.

Decided to go with the 23T brackets that I pulled from a V6 Accord in the parts yard over the 28T brackets that came with the Legend calipers. They just needed a little TLC. Here's a before and after from sandblasting.
Some other parts after sandblasting
With a couple coats of POR-20.
Decided to cut out the stock radiator mounts and relocate them to fit the half-radiator
Grinded and buffed to remove paint

Mounted top of the FMIC. I'm going to use some aluminum flat stock to make bottom brackets that are riveted to the lower radiator support. Still need to mount the bumper cover and see what clearances look like.
