I have a jackshaft....halfshaft...intermediate shaft for sale in my FS thread.

I have abs , Do I need to look for the jackshaft and axle in a cg that had abs????? or can I get one from one without abs
Also my car is ex , do i have to look for that too?

yeah If you have abs you need to look for the parts from a car that had abs.

I didn't have ABS, didn't have to worry about that crap. I would've pulled it out anyways, lol.

in the list says I need the vss sensor and wiring, I called honda they said is part from the engine wire harness. So this means I have to find a new harness?? or just wire it up to the old one ?

Just find a plug w/ some wiring on it. I think all hondas are the same. It has 3 wires, see if you can find one at a junkyard or someone parting out a 5spd honda.

You'll just extend the wires from the plug to your original harness like in the diagram I posted.
