I LOLd !
This isn't rocket science though...
I can write out the whole process right now in 5min....

- get pistons+rods
- send block to machine shop
- send head to machine shop
- put head on the block lol
- get a header and make a sink-trap style manifold
- put turbo on the manifold
- install everything else: IC, bov, wg, injectors
- weld downpipe
- install H23 IM with a blacktrax spacer
- install wideband, egt, and det can, rom emulator
- go for a ride to tune it
- take it to a dyno to see what it made
- done, everything else is self explanatory.

for some reason I could have sworn you said you wanted to keep the block stock, and had to re-read after your last post. don't know why I thought that I guess

if you swap to obd-i, then the immobilizer is gone, no more.

i run both the orginal OEM key and a home depot key on my obd-i ecu.

best of luck, but i just can't imagine what you want to do, for the price you want and for the comfortability that you wish to keep. i would love for you to prove me wrong though

Oh wow, my dumbass thought there was something else I had to do with the immobilizer. Thanks.

Can 400 whp be done and pass emissions sure, i do it every year :)
Youll just have to do some swapping here and there around that time, ie injectors ecu yadda yadda, pretty sure you can handle it...

Now as I can tell you from experience stock pistons ringlands will start to go around 14+ psi on a t3 frame turbo.

Obviously you know you'll need the supporting mods to do so, preferably not a turbo you have to run megaboost to make goals, less boost=less cyl pressure=less heat= less strain yadda yadda.

when converting to obd1 immobilizer is not an issue, its in your key, and around ignition switch, no removal needed. However you will have to convert 3wire-2wire IACV

Will the F23 head make 400whp stock, I believe it can an will.

Hope this helps..

not to thread jack,^^^ but wont the car run like absolute **** after you put your factory ECU and injectors and stuff in?

This is actual a very common concern,I need to pass emissions and didn't think it was possible to build a block and do it..LEGALLY..ha :hide:

and again,sorry if i hijacked.
